Melissa’s diverse background includes serving as a corporate human development professional, talent acquisition specialist, Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher and a certified Reiki Master Teacher. Ryan Glidden

Ryan GliddenFor nearly a decade, Ryan's passion has been to identify and learn the best services, methods and philosophies that support and nurture the health and wellness of human beings. He and his partners started The MOSAIC Institute as a way to share this knowledge, in an attempt to empower leaders who embody health, wisdom and soul.

Ryan combines techniques learned at the National Academy of Sports Medicine, the Chek Institute for advanced performance, the Metabolic Typing Education Center, Symmetry's unique approach to alignment therapy and his yoga training to engage all dimensions of self. He recognizes health as the balance and synergy of the human body's many systems, reflected in the way we eat, move, breath, think, rest, and surrender. Whether you have chronic muscular or skeletal pain, want to lose weight, increase strength, improve nutrition, increase vitality or deepen your understanding of self; Ryan has a broad range of education and understanding to guide you on your authentic path to wellness. His clients range from stay at home moms to the military's Special Forces. Regardless of background, clients report having noticeable, sustainable results, not just in their physical bodies but also their mental, emotional and spiritual well being.
