Leadership Training

Simply stated, there is a crisis of leadership.

Leadership means treating human beings as the end and not the means of any endeavor. Leaders are lovers of human beings and human potential. Leaders are pained when individuals are not offered the environments and opportunities to become their potential.

For too long, managers have treated individuals as employees, capital, and instruments to meet organizational objectives. MOSAIC has created leadership services to address this tendency of treating human beings as things. We’ve take the perspective that we can both make our professional mission, and at the same time, develop integrated human beings. SPIRIT. MIND. BODY.

MOSAIC’S perspective is that we need to shift the current paradigm of measuring success by functional performance, i.e. sales revenue, and foster a greater perspective that takes into account health, wellbeing and lifestyle. To this end, we focus on leaders becoming the embodiment of integrated living, with the measure being the ability to BE the example.

To shift this paradigm, MOSAIC trains leaders to:

MOSAIC has created a groundbreaking approach to developing current and future leaders. We do not focus on behaviors; we do not focus on a boiler-plated set of principles, practices, or tools. Rather, MOSAIC focuses on what is unique to the individual. We engage what is most authentic and original in each individual by providing an experiential training environment that triggers awareness to the roots of our values, ethics, morals, talents, gifts, purposes, and goals. When we identify what we love most and what we are called to do, we use that as the foundation for building professional and personal leadership mastery. Once we learn how to do this for ourselves, we then know how to nurture the development of another.
