In Japanese, Reiki means Universal Life Force. Reiki is a healing practice that promotes balance in mind, body, and spirit. Reiki is safe, non-invasive and gentle. Most people notice a difference after just one treatment and report that the benefits grow with each consecutive session.

How does Reiki work?

Reiki encourages balance through a unique treatment designed to support your wellbeing and to encourage your natural ability to heal. During a Reiki treatment, you will lie fully clothed on the treatment table while the Reiki practitioner performs a series of hand placements over different energy centers of the body.

Reiki is a simple, painless practice that doesn’t interfere with any medical treatment or drug regime prescribed by your doctor. In fact, many hospitals now offer Reiki treatments to assist patients in a speedy recovery from surgery or major illness.

REIKI Training

In addition to offering private Reiki treatments, Melissa hosts Reiki Trainings/Attunements to empower you to self treat and self heal. Trainings are typically once a month, from 10am to 3pm, Saturday and Sunday. Space is limited to preserve an intimate experience, ensuring personalized attention to maximize hands on learning.
